BOOKING POLICY In order to ensure everyone’s full participation, all readings must be booked and paid for in advance. Once you have made payment, please use the calendar to schedule your session. If you can’t find a time that works for you on the calendar link, please send an email to: soulofawomantarot@gmail.com with your general weekly availability (days & times). I will reply within 48 hours to schedule your reading. All sessions will be conducted via Zoom (if this is an issue, please advise in your booking email). Bookings will be scheduled in the order they are received, first come, first served. I do NOT provide same day or “on demand/emergency” readings. I respectfully request that you be on time for your session. Anyone more than 10 minutes late, will forfeit their session and payment. My time is valuable, as is yours. CANCELLATION POLICY Emergencies happen. I get it. These things happen in my world too. In the case of an emergency, please email soulofawomantarot@gmail.com with the word "RESCHEDULE" in the subject line. I request that you please make every effort to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Ideally, I will be able to reschedule your reading within the same week (the next 7 days), however, this may not be possible. I will do my best to accommodate every reasonable request for rescheduling, but there may be times when a full cancellation is necessary. In these instances, I will evaluate the situation compassionately & honestly & reserve the right to decide whether or not to issue a refund. *** 15 minute sessions WILL NOT be rescheduled under any circumstances***
